PROJECT PURPOSE

The purpose of the project is to transition from the basic MVP version to a fully featured, scalable, and visually complete product that reflects the SPICA brand and supports all core business processes of the agency. The full version of the website is intended to deliver expanded functionality, an improved user experience, multilingual support, integration with internal systems, and a complete infrastructure for managing the property catalog, services, agents, and content. The project aims to create a stable, user‑friendly, and growth‑ready digital platform capable of effectively supporting sales, marketing, and the company’s international expansion.
